The Answer

Solution

This redesign concept introduces an enhanced content discovery system with mood-based filtering, collaborative playlists, and improved preview functionality to help users find relevant content faster.

As part of the Zenius Studi Independen Bersertifikat Program, the team tackled Netflix's challenge of declining subscriber numbers through in-depth research and analysis to understand the issues causing subscriber churn.
